I had the interesting experience of being an “out-of-town buyer” and after being introduced to Peter Jeffery through a friend of a friend, I was extremely fortunate to have had the help, expertise, and advice of Peter for the whirl-wind purchase within a one week period of time, a good investment property and a home for our daughter while she spent four years attending school in Halifax.

I've known Peter since High School but had literally not seen him since High School until this past October 2007. When I decided to relocate to Halifax I had heard through a mutual friend that Peter was now a Real Estate Agent. I dug him up on the internet, made contact with him, and arranged for my wife and I to meet up with him. To make a long story short we ended up working with Peter to purchase a house in Halifax. As it turned out, the house deal we finally closed turned out to be the most difficult deal of our lives, and also of Peter's career. Peter worked harder than any agent should have had to for one deal and even Peter's broker was shocked when he found out how far Peter had gone to ensure this deal closed and that we were satisfied. After seeing how Peter handled this deal, I am quite confident that Peter could handle any situation which might arise during the course of someone buying a house.

Who knew buying a first home could be such a wonderful, fun experience?
Peter was knowledgeable, professional and extremely attentive to all of our
needs. As first time buyers we had plenty of questions and concerns and
Peter was able to answer them all, no matter how mundane they were. He was
was always prompt at returning phone calls and e-mails and helped to make
this a stress-free experience.
From the house hunt ... to the offer negotiations ... to closing day... we
