As a dedicated relocation specialist, I see the my day to day job of representing home buyers as being greatly magnified ... considering the time and effort required to accomplish your relocation goals.

Unlike local buyers, relocating home buyers will often first need time to get familiar with our city. They will also likely wish to visit many more homes than the average local buyer.   Would a part-time; inexperienced or overly busy Realtor suffice in this situation?   Probably not.  You likely need that rare Realtor who will be 100% dedicated to your needs.
